Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Provide technical solutions and support to ensure the efficient functioning of ServiceNow within the organization.
