The client wanted to automate their document indexing, categorization process, data extraction, and other lease-related administration workflows for better operational workflow. Their existing business process was completely manual and dependent on basic office 365 tools like one drive, excel spreadsheets, and lease management software. To track the documents and their statuses on a daily basis, the client wanted to automate the tasks/workflows and standardize the procedure to improve the quality of delivery (leasing services).
PreludeSys’ experts spent quality time with the client’s operations team to assess their existing workflows, understand the automation needs, and recommend the best-fit solutions to meet their requirements. The solution was built on Power Platform which includes, Power Apps for building an intuitive web application, Flow to automate tasks and workflows, and Power BI to build reports and dashboards for tracking and monitoring the progress and status of various tasks. The entire business process of lease administration was automated, and all the user groups were performing their operations through the newly built application. Task assignments, task performance, document flow, and quality check processes were all part of the newly built solution.
