This powerful combo can manage requests end-to-end, from initiation to archiving the final documents, providing a seamless experience for users. Plus, to further streamline the documentation process, they integrated the sales request application into One Drive to archive the documentation associated with an opportunity. PreludeSys also deployed Power BI to present real-time interactive status of the sales requests and Microsoft Virtual Agent to enable smart search on the archived documents.
