Client requirement
- The initial evaluation of an injured person in an emergency is very crucial. Without the availability of accurate medical information of the injured person, the emergency response personnel were always finding it difficult to make precise, timely decisions. To overcome this perennial challenge, the customer wanted to create an application that will provide medical information of the user to the emergency service provider during an emergency. The customer wanted this data to be accessed via mobile device in the most comprehensive and secure manner.
Solution
PreludeSys proposed using Hybrid Mobile and Web Applications, which facilitated secure transmission of information between multiple devices during medical emergency using Bluetooth technology. Registered users will have two-stage authentication levels before logging in. This includes Voice and Fingerprint recognition, Password Digit input and pattern sequence. The App provides facility for users to update their current and past medication details. Other features built into the application include nominating a proxy, searching healthcare locations and providers, scheduling appointments with providers, chatting facility among app users, in-app marketing and advertising. Overall the application would act as a comprehensive medical data access tool that is secure and mobile.
