Technical Skills:

 Salesforce Business Analyst / Admin


  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with the customer’s business case.
  • Take care of administrative activities performed by the CSM.
  • Develop an ongoing successful relationship with customer stakeholders.
  • Keep the system up to date with all account related activities.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
  • Experience with office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio).
  • Experience with PowerBI, T-SQL will be an advantage – Not mandatory.
  • Any experience with SaaS apps or CRM is a plus – Not mandatory.
  • Very good knowledge in Salesforce. (field, object, opportunities, contact, lead ect)
  • Good knowledge in scrum and Jira will be added advantage.

Top 5 Responsibilities

  • Work along with Customer Success Manager during requirement collection, solution design testing and deployment phases of the project.
  • Aid Customer Success Manager in preparing the list of project tasks.
  • Follow through with the delivery for completion of those tasks.
