Salesforce Business Analyst / Admin
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with the customer’s business case.
- Take care of administrative activities performed by the CSM.
- Develop an ongoing successful relationship with customer stakeholders.
- Keep the system up to date with all account related activities.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
- Experience with office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio).
- Experience with PowerBI, T-SQL will be an advantage – Not mandatory.
- Any experience with SaaS apps or CRM is a plus – Not mandatory.
- Very good knowledge in Salesforce. (field, object, opportunities, contact, lead ect)
- Good knowledge in scrum and Jira will be added advantage.
Top 5 Responsibilities
- Work along with Customer Success Manager during requirement collection, solution design testing and deployment phases of the project.
- Aid Customer Success Manager in preparing the list of project tasks.
- Follow through with the delivery for completion of those tasks.
