Salesforce functional knowledge, Jira, Scrum, CRM, Microsoft tools,
- Work along with Customer Success Manager during requirement collection, solution design testing and deployment phases of the project.
- Aid Customer Success Manager in preparing the list of project tasks
Follow through with the delivery for completion of those tasks.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with the customer’s business case.
- Take care of administrative activities performed by the CSM.
- Develop an ongoing successful relationship with customer stakeholders.
- Keep the system up to date with all account related activities.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
