Responsibilities:
- Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for operating systems and servers
- Basic Firewall Knowledge – Sonic wall
- Knowledge in Office365 Administration
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls.
- Working knowledge of Hyper V and VMWare Es-xi v 5.x and above administrative
- Able to monitor system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
- Manages user accounts and assets and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policy.
- Provides support with escalated help desk requests.
- Able to manage and monitoring of Antivirus server and deploy the client on Laptops/Desktops
- Active Directory administration, auditing & Troubleshooting knowledge, and Group Policy Objects creation/modification
- Microsoft IIS administration
- WSUS Management
- Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge in the Linux operating systems
- Sound Knowledge in Azure Infrastructure
- Leads a team of systems administrators, coordinates with different departments.
- Mentors team members and educates users.
