Job description

• Primarily focusee on operating systems and server management with specifically SonicWall and firewall configurations.
• Oversee and manage Office 365 suite.
• Set up new hardware and software, including server networks, devices, and firewalls.
• Work with Hyper-V, VMware ESXi (5.x and above) for administrative purposes.
• Oversee system performance, operations, and storage utilization.
• Handle user accounts, asset management, and security permissions adhering to security policies.
• Assist with escalated help desk requests.
• Monitor and deploy antivirus clients on laptops and desktops.
• Handle administration, auditing, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) creation/modification.
• Manage and maintaining IIS servers.
• Handle Windows updates within the network.
• Install and ensuring the performance of database servers.
• Mentor team members and educating users on systems.

Technical Skills

• Experience as a system admin with hands on experience in On-Premise Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Office 365 Administration, Azure and Networking.
• Troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.
• Sound understanding and expertise in Azure infrastructure.
• Experience in Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.
• Preferred to have MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and Azure Certification
