Ongweoweh faced system-wide operational challenges. Siloed systems created communication barriers with vendors and customers, leading to delays and errors.  

A custom module for service management had integration gaps and resulted in the use of data imports which led to delays in deliveries and hindered the supply chain efficiency.  

A cumbersome user interface and the traditional Bill of Lading layout discouraged user adoption. Manual processes were time-consuming and prone to errors, further impacting financial efficiency and data accuracy. Additionally, the system lacked the flexibility to manage personalized paychecks alongside clear layouts for diverse users.
